SUPERVISIONS

Clinical Supervision

Supervision offers a space to think carefully about clinical work from a psychoanalytic perspective. It is an opportunity to explore the emotional, relational, and unconscious dimensions of clinical practice, while reflecting on the therapist's own experience within the therapeutic process.

I provide supervision for psychologists, counsellors, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and professionals working in mental health who wish to deepen their psychoanalytic understanding of clinical material. Sessions focus on case formulation, transference and countertransference, unconscious processes, technique, and the development of psychoanalytic thinking in clinical practice.

Supervision is available individually, either in person on the Gold Coast or online across Australia and internationally.

Individual Supervision

It provides a one-on-one setting where the mental health professional can receive personalized guidance and support from a psychoanalytic perspective. This allows for a more tailored approach to the therapist’s specific needs and cases.

Group Supervision

Group supervision involves a minimum of three and a maximum of eight participants. This setting promotes collaboration and peer support among mental health professionals. Group supervision allows for the sharing of experiences, knowledge, and perspectives, which can enhance the therapist’s clinical skills and broaden their understanding of different cases and approaches from a psychoanalytic perspective.
